Festive Season Closure Dates

As we approach the end of 2025, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. 
Many of our team will be taking a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year period, and we’d like to share our operating hours to help you plan your orders and deliveries. 

Holiday schedule:  

Last orders (NSW/QLD/SA/VIC/TAS): 1pm Sydney time, 19th December 2025 
Last order (WA): 1pm Perth time, 19th December 2025 
Customer service closure: 3pm in your local state, 23rd Dec 2025 
Customer service and warehouse deliveries resume: 8am, Monday 5th January 2026

During this busy time, there may be a delay in deliveries due to high freight demand, while we do our best to mitigate the risk of delayed deliveries, we would encourage you to place orders as soon as possible with the date you would like it to be dispatched to help with scheduling as a countermeasure.
